Terms and Conditions of 852HOME 2026 New Occupants Lucky Draw

1. 活動有效期 | 1. Event Validity Period

抽獎活動（下稱「本活動」）舉行期間由2026 年 6 月 1 日零時 00 分起至2026 年 8 月 31 日 23 時 59 分止（一律以香港時間為準）。

The Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") runs from 00:00 on 1 June 2026 to 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (Hong Kong Time only).

2. 主辦機構 | 2. Organiser

本活動主辦機構為香港特別行政區註冊之香港家居有限公司（HONG KONG FURNITURE LIMITED）（下稱「本公司」）。

The Event is organised by HONG KONG FURNITURE LIMITED registered in Hong Kong SAR (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

3. 參加資格總則 | 3. General Eligibility

凡於2026 年 6 月 1 日至 8 月 31 日期間正式入伙之本港物業業主 / 住戶（下稱「參加者」），於活動有效期內符合本條款第 4 項所有條件，即可免費自動參與抽獎，有機會贏取大獎 Apple iPhone 17 Pro 智能電話及其他獎品。

All Hong Kong property owners / residents who officially move in between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") and meet all requirements in Clause 4 during the Event period may join the Lucky Draw free of charge automatically, with a chance to win the grand prize Apple iPhone 17 Pro and other prizes.

4. 參加者必須同時符合以下所有條件 | 4. Participation Requirements

a. 持有有效香港身份證之香港居民；
a. Hong Kong resident holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card;

b. 以個人身份參加，不接受公司、團體、機構名義登記參加；
b. Join in personal capacity; registration by company, organisation or institution is not accepted;

c. 年滿 18 歲或以上，年齡計算以香港身份證出生日期為準；
c. Aged 18 or above, age calculated according to HKID date of birth;

d. 於本公司指定抽獎登記網址完成登記，並成功上傳有效入伙證明文件；
d. Complete registration via the designated official link and upload valid occupation proof successfully;

e. 本公司員工、董事、股東、直系親屬、活動承辦商及相關工作人員，均可參加本抽獎活動，惟必須與一般參加者遵守相同條款及公平參賽原則。
e. The Company’s staff, directors, shareholders, immediate family members, event contractors and relevant personnel are eligible to join the Event, and must comply with the same terms and fair participation rules as general participants.

5. 資格取消準則 | 5. Disqualification Criteria

參加者於活動期間、抽獎階段及領獎時，任何時間未能符合上述任一參加條件，其參加及得獎資格將即時作廢。

Participants failing to meet any eligibility requirement during the event, draw or prize collection will have their participation and winning entitlement invalidated immediately.

如參加者觸犯香港法例、進行非法行為、涉及利益衝突、蓄意舞弊、提供虛假資料或違反本條款細則，本公司有權即時取消其參加資格，並保留追討已領獎品之權利。

If participants violate Hong Kong laws, engage in illegal acts, conflict of interest, fraud, provide false information or breach these terms, the Company reserves the right to disqualify them and recover any prizes already claimed.

6. 登記渠道、抽獎安排及獎品名額 | 6. Registration, Draw Arrangement & Prize Quota

  • 抽獎儀式：2026 年 9 月 5 日於本公司 Facebook 專頁公開直播進行電腦隨機抽獎，抽獎過程公開透明，以系統隨機抽出得獎者，共設13 名得獎名額。
    Draw Ceremony: Random computer draw live on the Company’s Facebook Page on 5 September 2026. Totally 13 winners will be selected openly and transparently.
  • 獎品設置 / Prize List:
    1. 大獎（1 名）：Apple iPhone 17 Pro 256GB 智能電話 乙部，價值港幣 $9,399
      Grand Prize (1 winner): Apple iPhone 17 Pro 256GB, Value HK$9,399
    2. 二獎（2 名）：Xiaomi IH 電飯煲 3L 乙部，每部價值約港幣 $579
      2nd Prize (2 winners): Xiaomi IH 3L Rice Cooker, Approx. HK$579 each
    3. 三獎（10 名）：鉑金級親水棉枕頭（升級版）一對，每個價值港幣 $550
      3rd Prize (10 winners): 1 pair Premium Hydrophilic Cotton Pillow (Upgraded Version), HK$550 each
  • 所有獎項名額不可互換、不可調換其他獎品。
    Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be swapped for other items.

7. 參加者聲明及同意 | 7. Participant Declaration & Consent

a. 參加者確認及同意，只可透過本公司指定官方渠道參加本活動，並無任何其他授權參加途徑；
a. Participants confirm and agree to join only via official designated channels with no other authorised means;

b. 參加者明白及同意，所提交之個人資料只會交由本公司處理，不會隨意轉交其他無關第三方。
b. Participants understand and agree personal data submitted will only be handled by the Company and not arbitrarily passed to unrelated third parties.

8. 免費參加 | 8. Free Participation

參加本抽獎活動毋須強制購買任何產品、服務或繳納任何費用。

No mandatory purchase of products/services or any fee is required to join this Lucky Draw.

9. 參賽及得獎次數限制 | 9. Participation & Winning Limit

同一香港身份證、同一登記電郵、同一入伙單位地址，一律視作同一參加者；每人於整個活動期間只可贏取一份獎品，不獲重複得獎資格。

The same HKID, registered email and residential address are regarded as one participant. Each person can win only one prize throughout the event with no repeated winning entitlement.

10. 最終決定權 | 10. Final Decision

有關本抽獎活動之所有安排、資格審核、抽獎結果、爭議處理及詮釋，一概以本公司之最終決定為準。

All arrangements, eligibility verification, draw results, dispute handling and interpretation shall be subject to the Company’s final decision.

11. 得獎者自付額外費用 | 11. Winner’s Extra Expenses

得獎者須自行承擔領獎、運送、保養及使用獎品所產生之一切額外費用，本公司概不負責。

Winners shall bear all extra costs arising from prize collection, delivery, maintenance and usage. The Company accepts no liability.

12. 得獎結果公布 | 12. Result Announcement

得獎名單將於2026 年 9 月 10 日於本公司 Facebook 專頁、Instagram 專頁、星島日報及英文虎報刊登公布。

Winner list will be announced on 10 September 2026 via the Company’s Facebook, Instagram, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.

13. 得獎聯絡及資格確認 | 13. Winner Notification & Verification

  1. 本公司將於 2026 年 9 月 10 日透過參加者登記之電郵聯絡得獎者；
    The Company will contact winners via registered email on 10 September 2026;
  2. 得獎者須按本公司電郵指示，於指定時限內回覆並提交身份證明、入伙證明等核實文件；
    Winners must reply and submit identity & occupation proof within the specified deadline per email instruction;
  3. 本公司核實資格無誤後，會發出確認領獎電郵；
    A prize confirmation email will be issued after successful verification;
  4. 若得獎者逾期不回覆、資格不符、未能提交有效證明文件，其得獎資格將被取消，本公司有權重新抽選替補得獎者或直接取消該獎項。
    Failure to reply on time, ineligibility or invalid proof will result in disqualification. The Company reserves the right to select alternate winners or cancel the prize directly.

14. 獎品領取及換領條款 | 14. Prize Collection & Redemption Terms

  1. 獎品不得轉讓、轉售、轉送、兌換現金、不可退換；
    Prizes are non-transferable, non-resellable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable;
  2. 若違反上述規定，本公司有權作廢獎品資格；
    Breach of above terms will lead to prize disqualification;
  3. 若因本公司無法控制之因素（包括供應商停產、斷貨、物流受阻、貨品缺貨等）未能提供原定獎品，本公司保留以同等價值禮品替代之權利；
    If original prizes cannot be provided due to uncontrollable factors, the Company reserves the right to replace with equivalent value gifts;
  4. 因活動延遲、押後、暫停或取消而引致參加者任何開支、不便或損失，本公司恕不負責；
    The Company is not liable for any expenses, inconvenience or loss caused by event delay, suspension or cancellation;
  5. 得獎者如遺失領獎確認電郵，本公司不會補發；得獎者如於 2026 年 9 月 30 日前仍未收到領獎確認電郵，須主動聯絡本公司，本公司不會因電郵寄失、延誤而作出任何賠償。
    No replacement confirmation email will be issued. Winners must contact the Company actively if no email received by 30 September 2026. No compensation for lost or delayed emails.

15. 宣傳刊登權利 | 15. Publication & Promotion Right

本公司保留將得獎者姓名，於 Facebook、Instagram 及其他市場推廣宣傳渠道刊載公佈之權利。參加者完成登記即代表同意授權本公司作上述公開發布用途。

The Company reserves the right to publish winners’ names on Facebook, Instagram and other promotional channels. Registration implies consent to such publication.

16. 個人資料收集及私隱保障 | 16. Personal Data Collection & Privacy Protection

  1. 本活動將收集參加者及得獎者個人資料，包括：姓名、香港身份證資料、聯絡電話、登記電郵、入伙單位地址、Facebook/Instagram 帳號名稱及入伙證明文件；
    Personal data collected includes name, HKID details, contact number, email, residential address, social media account and occupation proof;
  2. 資料只用於：舉行抽獎、聯絡得獎者、資格核實、身份認證、公布得獎結果、活動行政及管理用途；
    Data used solely for: lucky draw arrangement, winner contact, eligibility verification, result announcement and event administration;
  3. 個人資料不會用作本公司其他無關市場推廣及客戶紀錄更新；
    Data will not be used for unrelated marketing or customer record updates;
  4. 本公司可將必要資料轉交受委託之第三方服務商作領獎安排，並會要求第三方遵守香港私隱保障規定；
    Necessary data may be transferred to authorised third-party service providers who must comply with Hong Kong privacy laws;
  5. 所有個人資料將於獎品領取手續完成後6 個月內妥善銷毀；
    All personal data will be properly destroyed within 6 months after prize redemption;
  6. 參加者有權隨時查閱、更正個人資料及撤回參加同意，可透過官方查詢電郵聯絡本公司辦理。
    Participants have the right to access, correct personal data or withdraw consent via official enquiry email.

17. 個人資料同意 | 17. Personal Data Consent

參加者向本公司提交個人資料，即代表自願同意本公司按本條款細則列明之目的，使用、處理及必要時轉移其個人資料。

Submission of personal data implies voluntary consent for the Company to use, process and transfer data for purposes stated herein.

18. 私隱政策 | 18. Privacy Policy

19. 接受條款約束 | 19. Acceptance of Terms

參加者完成登記及上傳文件，即代表已詳細閱讀、明白並自願接受本條款及細則全部約束，無須另行簽署書面協議。任何活動爭議，本公司擁有最終詮釋及裁決權。

Completion of registration and file upload confirms full reading, understanding and voluntary acceptance of all terms without further written agreement. The Company holds final interpretation and ruling on all disputes.

20. 第三者權利 | 20. Third Party Rights

除參加者與本公司以外，任何第三方無權依據香港《合約（第三者權利）條例》，強制執行本條款任何條文，亦不享有本活動任何權益。

No third party shall be entitled to enforce these terms under Hong Kong Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance or claim any benefits of the Event.

21. 技術問題免責 | 21. Technical Exemption

凡因電腦、手機、系統軟件、網絡故障、伺服器問題等技術原因，導致參加登記資料遺失、損毀、延遲、不完整或無法遞交，本公司恕不負責。

The Company is not liable for data loss, damage, delay, incompleteness or submission failure caused by computer, mobile, system, network or server technical issues.

22. 舞弊及違規處理 | 22. Fraud & Breach Handling

參加者如涉及舞弊、虛假申報、重覆登記、濫用活動優惠、欺詐行為或違反香港法例，本公司有權即時取消參加及得獎資格，並保留日後拒絕其參加本公司所有活動之權利。

Any fraud, false declaration, duplicate registration, abuse of offer or breach of Hong Kong laws will result in immediate disqualification. The Company reserves the right to bar future participation.

23. 稅務及徵費責任 | 23. Tax & Charges Liability

得獎者須自行承擔因獎品所衍生之所有稅項、徵費及相關行政收費，一切稅務責任與開支概由得獎者自理，本公司概不負責。

Winners shall bear all taxes, fees and administrative charges arising from prizes. The Company accepts no liability.

24. 監管規範 | 24. Regulatory Compliance

本活動及本條款細則均受香港現行相關監管條例及消費者保障規範約束。

The Event and these terms are governed by prevailing Hong Kong regulations and consumer protection standards.

25. 司法管轄權 | 25. Jurisdiction

本活動及本條款細則受香港法律管限及詮釋，參加者同意接受香港法院對一切相關爭議擁有專有審判權。

The Event and these terms are governed and interpreted by Hong Kong law. Participants accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

26. 條款修改及活動暫停 | 26. Term Amendment & Event Suspension

本公司保留隨時修訂本條款細則、暫停、押後或終止本活動之權利，如有任何修改或取消安排，將透過本公司 Facebook、Instagram 專頁及電郵事先向參加者公布，惟不會對任何更改、暫停或終止引致之損失承擔責任。

The Company reserves the right to amend terms, suspend, postpone or terminate the Event. Any changes will be announced in advance via Facebook, Instagram and email. No liability for any loss arising from such changes.
